Preliminary cleaning of the dirt attached to the surface of the board. The pasted marble can be cleaned and filled after 3 days. When filling the joints, a special sealant for artificial marble should be used.
5. After the caulking treatment, clean the caulking material and dirt attached to the surface of the board in time. 6. After the marble is paved, the protective film can only be torn off after acceptance and cleaning. 7. It is recommended not to use traditional marble wet-hanging construction.
Next is the marble floor paving: 1. Wet the base surface of the ground with clean water first, and use the adhesive for construction when there is no clear water on the surface. 2. Confirm that there is no clear water on the base surface, and the thickness of the special artificial stone adhesive (strip shape/full batch scraping) for batch scraping is more than 3mm. The same method is used for the back of the stone, the thickness is 2-3mm, and then the stone is pasted. 3. After the stone is pasted within the specified time (according to the requirements of the adhesive product instructions), after laying the stone, tap it gently with a mallet so that the newly pasted artificial stone can be completely bonded to the adhesive.
4. Correct the joint between the level and the adjacent board, (filler construction) pay attention to reserve a joint of 2 mm or more between the stones. 5. After 3 days after pasting the stone (according to the instructions of the special artificial stone adhesive), the seam cleaning and caulking can be carried out, and the special artificial stone caulking agent should be used when closing the seam. 6. After the caulking treatment, clean the caulking material and dirt attached to the surface of the board (do not use acid-base cleaners, it is recommended to use special artificial stone cleaners).
7. Precautions: When paving a large area, 5-8mm expansion joints should be set at an appropriate interval of 8-10 meters. 8. After the stone is paved, the film is torn off after acceptance and cleaning.
