3. Pre-paving: First of all, the color, texture, geometric size and surface smoothness of the stone should be strictly selected according to the design requirements of the drawing design, and then pre-paving should be carried out according to the drawing requirements. Adjust and exchange the errors that may occur in the pre-laying until the best effect is achieved. At the same time, it should be noted that light-colored stones and stones with low density should be coated with a release agent on the back and all sides to prevent water absorption during stone paving from affecting the appearance of the stone.
4. Paving: Bonding layer: Before paving the mortar, clean the base layer, then use a watering can to moisten it and brush plain cement slurry. Spreading mortar layer: Determine the thickness of the leveling layer on the ground according to the horizontal control line, and control it vertically and horizontally with cross lines. The stone inlay should be constructed with 1:4 (1:3) dry hard mortar after being fully stirred evenly (requires the dryness of the mortar) The hardness should be kneaded into a ball by hand and not loose), spread the mixed dry hard mortar on the ground, and beat it with a gray board. It should be noted that the width of the mortar should be more than 1/3 of the width of the stone, and the thickness of the mortar should be about 1/3 higher than that of the stone. The horizontal elevation is 3~4mm, and the mortar thickness is controlled at 30mm. Stone paving: before paving, pre-soak the board and dry it in the shade for later use. First, carry out trial paving, align the vertical and horizontal joints, and tap the plywood with rubber (do not directly tap the stone layout with a rubber hammer), and vibrate the mortar to the paving height. , move the board to the side, check whether the upper surface of the mortar is consistent with the board, if there is any void, it should be filled with dry hard mortar, and then formally paved.
Pour a layer of plain cement slurry bonding layer with a water-cement ratio of 0.5 on the mortar layer. When placing it, the four corners should drop down at the same time, lightly tap the board with a rubber hammer or wooden hammer, use a level to control the pavement elevation, and then install in sequence. shop. 5. Jointing: Grouting and jointing shall be carried out 1 to 2 days and nights after the pavement is completed. According to the color of the stone, mineral pigments of the same color are added to the cement slurry to make a 1:1 dilute cement slurry, which is poured into the gaps with a slurry pot or mixed with dry cement and toner to wipe the gaps.
After the completion, clean the cement slurry on the stone layout with cotton silk in time and protect it. When laying stone plates, the joints should be tight, and generally no gaps are left.
