The texture and color of natural marble are naturally formed, and the exquisite texture is naturally formed. It is solid, smooth as a mirror after polishing, has high compressive strength, is easy to polish and refurbish, and is easy to care for. It has become the main force of decorative materials in the home improvement market and is deeply loved by consumers. Natural marble decoration renderings Therefore, the surface appearance quality of marble products is very important. It is the face of stone products. During the processing of stone products, special attention should be paid to the protection of the product surface, so as not to let the stone surface collapse, lack edges, and drop corners.
Therefore, special attention should be paid to the details of surface protection in the processing of stone products, otherwise the surface of the stone product will collapse and the appearance of the processed product will be extremely ugly, which will directly affect the appearance quality of the product after installation. The chipping on the surface of some products can be eliminated by edging, but the edging of some products cannot eliminate surface defects like chipping. Such as products with light on the side, bonded products, countertop products with only one side grinding on the four sides, etc.
The surface of the stone products is a bit chipped. If the surface is not properly treated, if these products are sent to customers, the customers will definitely return the products and refuse to accept them. The stone product standard GB/T19766-2005 has clear standards for chipped edges, chipped edges, and missing corners on the stone surface. High-quality products are not allowed to have any chipped edges, chipped corners, and chipped edges. Several appearances of stone surface collapse (1) Fine gaps This phenomenon is manifested as very fine small gaps on the stone surface, which are generally not obvious with the eyes, and it seems to be no problem.
But it feels very scratchy and sharp when touched by hand, and it can bleed from scratching if it is not done well. After the two boards are put together and installed, it can be seen that the surface of the product has collapsed. However, in this case, the collapse can be eliminated only by deburring.
(2) Sawtooth edge This phenomenon is manifested by the four edges on the surface of the product being in the shape of a sawtooth, and the edges are very sharp, which has a great impact on the appearance of the product. Chipping of jagged edges cannot be eliminated by deburring. (3) Collapsing edges and missing edges This phenomenon is manifested by the lack of a piece on the surface of the product, which is more serious in the collapsed surface, and the chipped edges and missing edges are dealt with by glue repair.
Customers who are strict with the product will refuse to accept the glue filling product. The chipped edges and corners of granite and sandstone are not repaired firmly and are easy to fall off. (4) Corner drop This phenomenon is manifested as one or several corners dropped from the four corners of the product surface, which is more serious in surface collapse, and can only be solved by glue repair.
When the missing corner is large, it must be repaired with stone of the same texture and color, otherwise the product can only be scrapped and redone. Customers who are strict with the product will refuse to accept the glue filling product. The chipped edges and corners of granite and sandstone are not repaired firmly and are easy to fall off.
(5) Edge cracking This phenomenon manifests as crack lines on the surface of stone products. If not repaired in time, the stone products will collapse from the crack lines and fall off the stone, which will affect the appearance quality of the surface. The collapse of stone products often occurs during the cutting process of stone products. What is the reason for the collapse of stone products? Can this phenomenon be avoided? 1. Material reasons are unavoidable ①The material is loose. Travertine, sandstone, sandstone and some looser granite materials are more likely to collapse when cutting boards. ②Material cracks are more like old beige, long life red, Spanish beige, silver thread beige, German beige, Shaanna beige, castle gray, Yunduola gray, Amman beige, Yabo gray, Yabaiyu and other stones with more cracks. collapse is inevitable.
Figure 2 Shaanna beige material. ③Materials with large crystal particles, such as white ice jade, white crystal, brown diamond, red diamond, gold diamond, green diamond, jade agate, dark green hemp, Shangri-La, etc., are prone to collapse during cutting. Figure 3 is jade agate.
2. Saw blade problem This situation should be analyzed in several situations ① Mismatch between the saw blade and the stone properties. When the saw blade does not match the stone properties, it is easy to cause the stone to collapse when cutting the board. You cannot cut marble with a granite saw blade, and you cannot cut granite with a marble saw blade. Some stones that are easy to collapse should be cut with sharp saw blades with high diamond mesh and denser surface density.
②The new saw blade is not sharpened. The sharpness of the new saw blade is not high when it is not sharpened. In this case, cutting the board may cause the stone to collapse and the edge will appear serrated. ③The saw blade is not sharp. As the saw blade usage time increases, the sharpness of the saw blade decreases. If you do not sharpen the knife with refractory bricks to improve the sharpness of the saw blade, continue to cut the board with an unsharp saw blade, which may cause the surface of the stone to collapse.
④ Tooth loss of the saw blade If the saw blade with the tooth loss is still used to cut the board after the saw blade loses the teeth, the performance of the saw blade has been greatly reduced, which may cause the surface of the cut product to collapse. ⑤ The blade of the saw blade is consumed. After the blade of the saw blade is consumed, replace the saw blade in time. It can no longer be used. 3. Bridge cutting machine problems ①The bridge cutting machine worktable is not flat, and the surface sawing groove is too deep. The flatness of the bridge cutting machine worktable has a great impact on the collapse of the surface. When it is deep, mill out these grooves with a milling cutter in time to make the surface of the table smooth.
This method is effective in eliminating stone collapse. ②The cutting speed is too fast. Many stone production enterprises implement a piece-rate wage system for their employees, which plays a great role in improving the enthusiasm of employees. However, the practice of the piece-rate wage system will prompt the production staff to use full power to cut the boards. Too fast cutting speeds will have a great impact on the boards being cut, which will easily lead to the collapse of the cut boards, and the collapse is serious.
Too fast cutting speed is an important reason for stone chipping and corner loss. ③ Radial runout of the saw blade of the bridge cutting machine. The radial runout of the saw blade of the bridge cutting machine. When the main shaft is damaged, the force on the saw blade will be uneven during the cutting process, which will cause the board being cut to collapse easily. 4. Collision between unloading and placing boards leads to collapse of the surface ①The force of placing the boards is too heavy, and some stones are brittle when they hit the collapsing surface. There are no spacers on the cut boards, and the impact between the boards causes the boards to collapse.
Figure 5 lacks such a large piece, which is probably caused by the impact of the employee when placing the board. ② Hanging clip bumps and collapses Some products that are too heavy are too heavy for employees to move. When using the hanging clip to splint, the hanging clip is not wrapped with cushioning material, and the hanging clip will knock the cut product to the surface. 5. Product transfer When the product is transferred, because there is no protection between the plates, the speed of the forklift is too fast, and the unevenness of the ground causes the product to vibrate and hit, causing the front of the product to collapse.
The above introductions are all the reasons why marble slabs are prone to jumping. Only by accurately and deeply understanding the causes of the problems can we accurately solve the problems.
